Concept Contract

With our Concept Contract, you will only pay for what you need. Here, the emphasis is on transparency and partnership. Working from a prescribed schedule, our service regime is a two-tier system for each visit.

First, we assess the engineering requirements of your unit, report directly, submit the quote for the anticipated works and, with your endorsement, undertake the works. The audit trail is open and totally transparent.

We will even leave the redundant parts on the site if required. For each service visit and repair, you receive a report detailing the works undertaken and exactly where the budget has been spent.
